NoFrixion was founded in 2020 by Aaron Clauson and Feargal Brady. They founded Blueface in 2004 in response to a lack of technical evolution in the telecoms industry at the time. Blueface was one of the first cloud companies in Ireland's Silicon Docks, and was bootstrapped by the two founders to 25 people and €1m in recurring revenues in just 18 months. Much of the software developed by Blueface and released as open source has become industry standard. It went on to become the fourth largest Unified Communications provider in the world, and was ultimately sold to Comcast Business.
Feargal is the co-founder and former CEO of Blueface Ltd, which was ultimately sold to Comcast in 2019. He is also a co-founder of VentureWave Capital Ltd, a private equity company focused on Impact Investing. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity College, Dublin, a Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from DIT and an MBA from HEC Paris. He is an active angel investor.
