NoFrixion was founded in 2020 by Aaron Clauson and Feargal Brady. They founded Blueface in 2004 in response to a lack of technical evolution in the telecoms industry at the time. Blueface was one of the first cloud companies in Ireland's Silicon Docks, and was bootstrapped by the two founders to 25 people and €1m in recurring revenues in just 18 months. Much of the software developed by Blueface and released as open source has become industry standard. It went on to become the fourth largest Unified Communications provider in the world, and was ultimately sold to Comcast Business.

NoFrixion was founded in response to similar frustrations at business banking and payments services, which are mired in 60 year old technologies and are a fundamental obstacle to modern business.

Culture.

All successful companies have three factors in common:

  1. Great People
  2. Great People
  3. Great People

NoFrixion believe passionately in people and invest heavily in their personal and professional development.

We also believe that a business should meet its responsibilities to all stakeholders - not just shareholders - and is therefore an aspiring B Corporation.

Our Team

Meet the people that make NoFrixion possible.

This is the team tasked with changing the face of payments and banking services. We are always looking for talented people with a passion for what they do.
